Mantra for Kids

Introducing children to mindful mantras provides a calming, soothing effect for their minds and helps them develop concentration. Mantras can be used before bedtime, when kids are upset, feel stressed, or are lacking energy.


Mantras help us find a peaceful space inside ourselves.


  1. Arrange a family sing-along time. Try to create your own family mantras using some meaningful words that will unite you and your child. Make this time special for kids.
