We already know these two easy cross-legged poses.
Let your child choose the pose for the beginning of the yoga adventure.

Be sure to alternate the way you’re crossing your legs so you’re not favoring one side or the other.

Hold the pose for the same length of time on each side.

Remember to enjoy the benefits of whatever variation of the pose you can do today!
