Whale Pose or Dhanurasana
This pose stretches the chest, shoulders, arms, abdomen, and thighs. It will also help to improve posture.
Lie flat on your tummy with your arms alongside your body, palms up.
Bend your knees, flex your feet, take a deep inhale, lift your chest, and look forward.
Then, reach your arms back toward your toes and grab your ankles.
Move around like a big whale and try to hold your legs as long as your kid can.
