Hi, I’m Uliana Klepinina, and I’ve spent over 15 years helping thousands of people—children and adults—restore strength, balance, and vitality through yoga, corrective movement, and holistic wellness.
My journey began in education, with a Master’s degree and years of experience teaching children in schools, camps, and youth centers. As my passion for health deepened, I became a certified yoga instructor in 2015 through the Sivananda Ashram and completed further training at Yogi Beans, blending movement, mindfulness, and anatomy in my teaching.
For years, I focused on children’s posture and foot development—writing award-winning books, creating family wellness programs, and working closely with parents to lay strong foundations early. But over time, I noticed something:
The same movement imbalances I corrected in children were showing up in their parents—only more deeply rooted.
Adults came to me with foot pain, postural issues, chronic fatigue, and joint discomfort, often thinking it was “just age.”
It’s not. It’s compensation—and it’s changeable.
That’s why I created this course: to offer adults the same transformative approach I’ve seen work again and again in both children and grown-ups.
