My Story
I first began my journey into posture and movement therapy after attending the 2015 Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas, followed by formal training at Yogi Beans.
Since then, I’ve combined my experience, knowledge, and passion to create the Posture and Feet course, designed to bring a transformative learning experience to you and your family.
My goal is to help you improve posture, build healthy habits, and feel the incredible benefits of mindful movement—straight from my heart to yours.
